TAI CHI FLOWING NEWSLETTER FOR JANUARY 2018

In this issue:
-The Garden of You
-Tai Chi Classes for 2018
-The Paradise Center, Longboat Island Chapel

Thought for the day: A year from now, what will you wish you had done today?

The Garden of You:
As you can perhaps tell from the photo above I am an avid gardener, the granddaughter of Irish farmers.  Given the intimate connection between nature and tai chi I guess I shouldn’t be surprised at my passion for both.  As a gardener of both soil and soil-less gardens, I offer this parallel between them:
Your life is a garden.  You are both the gardener and the soil of that garden, the deep rich hummus in which your life and all learning in your life grows.  Tai chi is a seed which when planted, fertilized, watered and attended to can bring things of great value to your life like better balance and coordination, blood pressure and stress reduction while it opens up the energy that is within you.  You may encounter challenges in cultivating this garden of yours, but if you work a little at a time, you may discover an interesting and abundant harvest in your life.

Below are listed the tai chi classes for the winter session in 2018.  All require that you contact me for permission to enroll because the classes fill up quickly.  You can email me at Info@taichiflowing.com to register.
