Aging in Paradise, Longboat Island Chapel, LBK, Fl.

Yang style tai chi, considered the most popular style in the world, is also an excellent training for anyone wishing to work on balance, coordination, and the development of internal (qi) life force. Its gentle, rhythmical movement and grounded foot work is a great way to start your day. This class is also a pre-requisite to join the Yang 24 class which begins in January 2017.
Class size is limited and you must get instructor approval to join.
Cost is $60 for 6 lessons, which includes email instructions on movement, and other materials for your enrichment. Wear comfortable clothing and footwear (sneakers are ok). Location is Aging in Paradise (2nd floor), Longboat Island Chapel, Longboat Key, Fl.  .
Email info@taichiflowing.com to register for this class.

Private Classes:
If you or a group of your friends or family would like a private class please contact me at Info@taichiflowing.com to discuss creating a custom class for your group or yourself.  I have given many of these classes on site for folks visiting the area who want to try tai chi with friends/family.  It’s fun, easy and I bring the class to you.

Giving Challenge for Aging in Paradise: Begins Tuesday, September 20, 2016, at 12:00 P.M. (noon) and finishes September 21, 2016 at noon:
Many of you have attended my classes at Aging in Paradise located at the lovely Longboat Island Chapel. I feel fortunate to have access to this beautiful facility and to teach classes there through the wonderful Aging in Paradise (AIP) programs. AIP provides local seniors with over 265 educational workshops, health and wellness services and free guided group therapy for those going through difficult transitions. I am pleased to tell you that it has been selected to participate in the yearly Community Foundation of Sarasota’s “Giving Challenge.” This yearly event selects non-profit groups to become the beneficiary of a coordinated giving program. Beginning on Tuesday, September 20th at Noon, donations which you make to AIP could be doubled by the Patterson Foundation of Sarasota.
If you feel that this is something you would like to do, here is the website or phone information for making a donation:www.givingpartnerchallenge.org on September 20, 2016, noon.  When you get to the website enter Aging in Paradise in the search box and then complete your donor information.  If you need help, contact 941-383-6493.
